Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exchanges vs. Returns:
For Exchanges (size/color changes):
- Customer pays return shipping to send original items back to us
- Once we receive and inspect your items, we'll ship your replacement items at no additional charge
- Same 30-day window and condition requirements apply
For Refunds (money back):
- Customer pays return shipping to send items back to us
- A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return processing costs
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For exchanges, simply contact us and we'll guide you through the process. You'll pay return shipping to send us the original items, and we'll cover shipping to send you the replacement items once we receive yours.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
